|Representative Director and Chairman|
|Ryuta Sato established a successful tax accounting enterprise in 1981, serving corporate clients of all sizes—from small private to medium sized Campanies, to publicly listed companies and multinational conglomerates. Mr.Sato joined Shiodome Partners Group to lead the Tax Accounting division in 2012, before becoming Chairman and Representative Director of our establishment in 2017. His main areas of expertise include business succession strategies and procedures, as well as inheritance/corporate tax counseling and compliance.|

|Before founding Shiodome Partners Group, Kengo Maekawa conducted statutory auditing of publicly listed corporations for Shin-nihon Audit Corporation the member firm of Ernst & Young. Mr.Maekawa presided over IPO support strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, and more, ensuring a smooth transition for corporate clients at all sides of the transaction.
Mr.Maekawa established Shiodome Partners Group in 2008 as the President and Representative Director before ascending as the company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Mr.Maekawa is a Certified Public/Tax Accountant and Administrative Scrivener with a Bachelor of Economics at Hokkaido University.

|Yuya Hasegawa joined Shiodome Partners group in 2011 as a core member of our Tax Accounting Division. After earning his Tax Accountant certification in 2015, he served as representative and Chief of the Tax Accounting Division, before ascending as the organization’s Executive Vice President in 2018.
Mr. Hasegawa is a graduate of Saitama University School of Economics, with extensive expertise in income, corporate, and inheritance tax law and procedures.
|Director, Sales Strategy Division|
|Ryota Matsuhashi joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2012 and served as our leading specialist in corporate tax, consumption tax, inheritance tax, and business succession. Mr.Matsuhashi was appointed Director and acting Manager of Sales Strategy in 2018, in recognition for his invaluable contributions in developing our Tax Accounting division.|
|Hideki Sato launched his law career at Kataoka Law in 2003, providing qualified counsel on general civil cases, corporate law (M&A, business revitalization, intellectual property rights, etc.), and labor management.
Mr. Sato served as a lecturer at his alma mater, Keio University Law School, from 2007 to 2012. Mr.Sato founded the Law Division of Shiodome Partners Group in 2009 and established the Real Estate Division (Shiodome Property Co., Limited.) as the department President and Representative Director in 2017. Mr.Sato is currently serving as the corporate auditor of our organization.
|General Manager, Human Resource Division|
|Yusuke Maekawa is a certified tax accountant and graduate of Nihon University Graduate School of Economics. Before joining Shiodome Partners Group, Mr.Maekawa established his career at Daido Life Corporation of T & D Holdings in 2005, specializing in life insurance consultation and policy.
Mr. Maekawa took his considerable experience to Shiodome Partners Group in 2014 and is currently serving as the Executive Officer and Chief of the Human Resources Strategy Department.
|General Manager, Quality Control Division|
|Mitsuaki Kanamori graduated from Chuo University School of Commerce and joined the Tax Accounting Division of Shiodome Partners Group in 2011. Mr.Kanamori supervised the operation of our Okinawa branch in 2012 and contributed significantly to the development of our BPO/Outsourcing Division. Mr.Kanamori was appointed as the Okinawa Branch Manager in 2017, and is now serving as Executive Officer and Chief of our Quality Control Department, with a focus on organizational reform and operational efficiency.|

|Satoru Kobayashi graduated from Aoyama Kakuin University College of Economics and joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2012. As Executive Officer and Manager of our Legal Affairs Deparment, he coordinated crucial legal proceedings for corporate clients, which includes (but are not limited to): incorporation, shareholders meetings, licensing and approvals, financing support, status of residence qualifications, real estate purchase/leasing, and more.|
