Shiodome Business Solutions Limited (Representative Director: Ryo Mitsui), which is in charge of BPO business within the Shiodome Partners Group, has appointed Riku Oshiro and Motono Oikawa to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2012.
- 1. Background of newly appointed directors
Riku Oshiro
After graduating from a University, Mr. Oshiro worked at a local business company in Okinawa. He later joined Shiodome Partners in 2017. His main roles are to provide consulting services for listed companies, IPO preparation companies, and foreign affiliated companies in the field of personnel and labor. In 2019, he participated in a project to launch a new personnel and labor service line at Shiodome Partners Okinawa Office, and has also contributed to the expansion of the BPO Center at the Okinawa Office. He was later appointed as the General Manager for the Personnel and Labor Department in 2021.
Motono Oikawa
Motono Oikawa worked for a Tokyo-based tax accounting firm group where she was involved in numerous management support and taxation services for business companies. She moved to the Okinawa Prefecture in 2010, and in 2012, she became the representative of Shiodome Partners Tax Corporation, contributing to the expansion of the Okinawa office and serving as the head of the office. In 2013, she launched Women’s Entrepreneurship Partners with the concept of supporting women entrepreneurs in Okinawa and revitalizing the economy. She then started her own business and currently manages Oikawa Certified Public Tax Accountant’s Office and provides management consulting and mental support to business owners and entrepreneurs in Okinawa. A licensed tax accountant.
