1982年入职日本国税厅后，三十七年间在东京国税局内主管法人税和相关审理业务。历任调查第一部国际信息第二课课长，东京国税不服审判所管理课课长，调查第一部调查审理课课长，课税第一部国家诉讼官室室长等，退休后于2019年8月出任Shiodome Partners Group税理士法人高级顾问。向日本的内资和外资客户提供税务调查出面参加质询会、税务诉讼应对、事前确认等服务。日本税理士。
