  Maekawa CPA Office was established in Minato-ku by Kengo Maekawa, CEO of Shiodome Partners Group.

• April 2008

  Shiodome Partners Limited was established to provide accounting consulting services. Maekawa CPA Office became Shiodome Partners Accounting Firm.

• March 2009

  Shiodome Gyoseishoshi Lawyer Corporation was established by Kengo Maekawa

• September 2009

  Group HeadQuarters relocated to Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo

• August 2012

  Shiodome Partners Tax Corporation was established by Shiodome Partners Accounting Firm and merged with Ryuta Sato CPTA office

• December 2012

  Shiodome Partners Tax Corporation Okinawa office was established

• June 2014

  Shiodome Gyoseishoshi Office was expanded and reincorporated under Shiodome Gyoseishoshi Corporation

• August 2015

  Shiodome Judical Scrivener Firm was established by Munenori Ishikawa

• March 2018

  Group headquarters relocated to Ginza 7-chome Chuo-ku, Tokyo

• June 2018

  Joined the PKF International network of global Business Accounting institutions.

• November 2018

  Shiodome Gyoseishoshi Corporation name changed to Shiodome Partners Gyoseishoshi Corporation.

• January 2019

  Shiodome Partners Tax Corporation was merged with Kyodo Tax Corporation.

• April 2019

  Shiodome Partners Tax Corporation and Lockhart Accounting office were integrated their managements.

• March 2022

  Group headquarters relocated to 33rd Floor of Shiodome City Center

• November 2022

  Joined RSM Internatinal, the 6th largest in the world. Our 5 companies joined RSM and changed names.
