Kengo Maekawa
Before founding Shiodome Partners Group, Kengo Maekawa conducted statutory auditing of publicly listed corporations for Shin-nihon Audit Corporation the member firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Maekawa presided over IPO support strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, and more, ensuring a smooth transition for corporate clients at all sides of the transaction.
Shusuke Hirano
Shusuke Hirano began his career at Showa Audit Corporation (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC) in 1982. In 2008, he founded Kyodo Tax Corporation and became the Representative Partner; in 2018, the company merged with Shiodome Partners Tax Co. and he remains as the Representative Partner.
Yuya Hasegawa
Yuya Hasegawa had worked for an accounting firm in Tokyo before joining Shiodome Partners in 2011. After he completed his registration as a certified tax accountant in 2015, he became the Representative Partner of Shiodome Partners Tax Co. and subsequently served as the general manager of its key division, the Accounting and Tax Division.
Ryota Matsuhashi
Ryota Matsuhashi joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2012 after working for an accounting firm in Tokyo. He has extensive knowledge of corporate tax, consumption tax, business tax, inheritance tax, and other corporate related taxation as well as business succession. He also played a key role in expanding the accounting and taxation division through marketing strategies.
Akinari Tsuchiya
Before working for Shiodome Partners, Akinari Tsuchiya worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, a member firm of DTC, and engaged in accounting audits for listed companies. In 2012, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong/China as a manager of Japanese companies business development department.
Jun Kurozumi
Jun started his career as a professional translator before he landed a job in accounting for BDO Tax Co. He was given the opportunity to work as a consultant for foreign affiliated companies before ultimately taking on corporate management roles for clients like H&M and Volvo as an outsourcing tax accountant and personnel/ labor manager. After joining Shiodome Partners Group in 2012, he now leads our international team for both outbound and inbound clients.
Satoshi Sekiguchi
Satoshi Sekiguchi is a partner of RSM Shiodome Partners SR Co.. He has years of experience in payroll and social insurance calculation services as well as in providing payroll and labor consulting services for a broad range of companies including public companies, companies preparing to go public, and foreign subsidiaries.
Shunsuke Kagei
Shunsuke Kagei had made his first step into the legal world when he joined a joint firm of administrative scriveners, judicial scriveners, and land and house investigators in February 2007. He was charged with tasks that included licensing of construction and building construction permits, and as an administrative scrivener, he handled more than 300 applications per year for status of residence (visa).
Munenori Ishikawa
Munenori Ishikawa is a partner of RSM Shiodome Partners JS Co.. After passing the judicial scrivener exam, Munenori worked at several judicial scrivener offices that specialized in real estate registration, company registration, inheritance, and court trials. He later established his own office in 2015, where he mainly focused on real estate registration and corporate law. He then joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2016 and became an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Shiodome Partners Limited in 2020.
Keisuke Takahashi
After graduating from university, Keisuke Takahashi engaged in consulting work at a Tokyo-based firm with his main tasks focused on human resources and labor affairs. Following the merger of Notus Management & Labor Office and Shiodome Partners SR Co. in April 2022, he became a Partner of RSM Shiodome Partners SR Co..
