Akinari Tsuchiya

Biography

Before working for RSM Shiodome Partners, Akinari Tsuchiya worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, a member firm of DTC, and engaged in accounting audits for listed companies. In 2012, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong/China as a manager of Japanese companies business development department. In 2015, he established Lockhart Accounting Office and began providing accounting, tax, and HR services to foreign companies in Japan. In 2016, he established an outsourcing office in Manila, Philippines. In 2019, he joined Shiodome Partners Tax Co. as a Representative Partner
