Hiroki Shinchi

Biography

After working at KPMG Azusa Audit Corporation, Mr. Shinchi joined Akatsuki Inc. in 2014. Besides his routine accounting tasks, he played a pivotal role as a core member of the IPO promotion team, engaging in building management systems and handling listing examinations. Following the IPO, he took charge of business planning, budget management, changes to the company-wide approval system, borrowing, and bond issuance, overseeing overall financial and business management. Subsequently, he gained experience in tax-related services for small and medium-sized enterprises at an accounting firm and established WARC LIGHT Certified Public Tax Accountants Corporation in 2020. As the representative director, he oversees bookkeeping services for startups and provides tax advisory services. In January 2023, following the management integration with RSM Shiodome Partners Tax Co., he assumed the role of Partner for the company.
