Kengo Maekawa

Biography

Before founding Shiodome Partners Group, Kengo Maekawa conducted statutory auditing of publicly listed corporations for Shin-nihon Audit Corporation the member firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Maekawa presided over IPO support strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, and more, ensuring a smooth transition for corporate clients at all sides of the transaction. Mr. Maekawa established Shiodome Partners Group in 2008 as the President and Representative Director before ascending as the company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Mr. Maekawa is a Certified Public/Tax Accountant and Administrative Scrivener.
