Biography
Mr. Nagata had passed the Certified Public Accountant exam while still in college and joined KPMG AZSA LLC upon graduation. He was engaged in auditing for listed companies and independent administrative corporations in the domestic division. He later joined RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2021 as a member of the Advisory Division where he engages in a wide range of corporate consulting services such as financial due diligence and internal audit consulting for clients that are either listed companies, listed subsidiaries, or companies preparing for IPO. He is also a certified labor and social security attorney and provides labor due diligence services for companies seeking M&A or IPOs.
