Makoto Kawada joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2019 after working for a judicial scrivener office in Tokyo. His role engages in a wide range of registration work such as commercial registration, real estate registration, and registration of transfer of property and credit. He also played a role in contributing to the expansion of Shiodome Partners JS Co.. Among the clients of the Shiodome Partners Group, he mainly works with many listed companies and IPO preparation companies and participates in promoting one-stop services in cooperation with each business division.
