Ryo Mitsui
Ryo Mitsui joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2017 after working for an accounting firm in Tokyo. His main roles are engaging in accounting and tax services for SMEs, tax advisory for business owners and wealthy individuals, inheritance tax returns, gift tax returns, income tax returns.
Hiroyuki Kawase
After passing the CPA exam, Mr. Kawase landed his first job at KPMG AZSA LLC. After that, he worked for a tax accounting firm in Tokyo before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2020. He has extensive experience in accounting and taxation, and provides services related to corporate finance, including corporate valuation of listed companies/ listed subsidiaries/ companies preparing for IPO, financial due diligence, IPO consulting, PMI services, internal control consulting, cost accounting support, and internal audit services.
Jumpei Fujii
Jumpei Fujii joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2018 after working for several accounting firms in Tokyo. His duties include providing accounting and tax services for SMEs, tax advisory services for business owners and wealthy individuals, inheritance tax returns, gift tax returns, income tax returns.
Taihei Ichii
Straight out of university, Taihei Ichii worked at an accounting firm in the Kansai region before joining Shiodome Partners Group in 2017. As a key leader in the Accounting and Tax Division, he provides accounting and tax services to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, IPO prep companies, and foreign companies.
Riku Oshiro
After graduating from a University, Mr. Oshiro worked at a local business company in Okinawa. He later joined Shiodome Partners in 2017. His main roles are to provide consulting services for listed companies, IPO preparation companies, and foreign affiliated companies in the field of personnel and labor. In 2019, he participated in a project to launch a new personnel and labor service line at Shiodome Partners Okinawa Office, and has also contributed to the expansion of the BPO Center at the Okinawa Office. He was later appointed as the Director of the Personnel and Labor Department in 2021.
Ichiro Yamamura
Before joining Shiodome Partners in 2019, Ichiro Yamamura had worked for KPMG Tax Corporation and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Tax Corporation. He has extensive experience and knowledge in international operations and provides consulting and outsourcing services related to accounting and taxation to many global Japanese companies and foreign companies. He mainly focuses on improving quality control within the company.
Yoko Tamai
Upon graduating from a university, Yoko Tamai began her career at Bank of America. She then worked at Commerzbank before joining Shiodome Partners in 2015. She utilizes her previous experience in international banking by providing accounting and tax consulting services, outsourcing services, and cash management services to foreign clients. She is the Head of Cash Management Services.
Haruka Kimura
Haruka Kimura joined RSM Shiodome Partners in 2019 after previously working for an advertising agency. She engages in a wide variety of inbound related business queries, including corporate establishment, and business solutions related to status of residence. As one of the highly touted salesmen at her previous job, she has contributed to the expansion of Shiodome’s China Desk by implementing a well-designed marketing and sales strategy.
Eizo Tamba
After graduating, Mr. Tamba had worked for a business firm and a labor and social insurance firm before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2017. In the Labor & Human Resources Department, he provides labor services to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and companies preparing for IPO. He also engages in short review for IPO prep companies, and analyzes labor risks through due diligence for companies looking to merge.
Takuya Deguchi
Takuya Deguchi joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2015 after graduating from a university. As a member of the Accounting and Tax Division, he provides consulting and outsourcing services related to accounting and taxation to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and companies preparing for IPO. He also provides a wide range of tax services for individuals including inheritance tax, gift tax, and income tax returns.
