Makoto Kawada
Makoto Kawada joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2019 after working for a judicial scrivener office in Tokyo. His role engages in a wide range of registration work such as commercial registration, real estate registration, and registration of transfer of property and credit. He also played a role in contributing to the expansion of Shiodome Partners JS Co.. Among the clients of the Shiodome Partners Group, he mainly works with many listed companies and IPO preparation companies and participates in promoting one-stop services in cooperation with each business division. As of 2022, he has taken a new role in Partner of RSM Shiodome Partners JS Co..
Hiroki Shinchi
After working at KPMG Azusa Audit Corporation, Mr. Shinchi joined Akatsuki Inc. in 2014. Besides his routine accounting tasks, he played a pivotal role as a core member of the IPO promotion team, engaging in building management systems and handling listing examinations. Following the IPO, he took charge of business planning, budget management, changes to the company-wide approval system, borrowing, and bond issuance, overseeing overall financial and business management. Subsequently, he gained experience in tax-related services for small and medium-sized enterprises at an accounting firm and established WARC LIGHT Certified Public Tax Accountants Corporation in 2020. As the representative director, he oversees bookkeeping services for startups and provides tax advisory services. In January 2023, following the management integration with RSM Shiodome Partners Tax Co., he assumed the role of Partner for the company.
Sota Yamaguchi
After being a member of AGS Consulting Co. Ltd., he joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2016. He offers a wide range of consulting services such as IPO consulting services, internal controls consulting, internal audit consulting, stock price calculation, financial due diligence, and cost accounting consulting. He also has extensive consulting experience with regards to listed companies and subsidiaries, as well as companies preparing for an initial public offering (IPO). Appointed as a director in 2020, he currently serves as the Head of the Advisory Department.
Mitsuaki Kanamori
Mitsuaki Kanamori joined the Tax Accounting Division of Shiodome Partners Group in 2011. Mr. Kanamori supervised the operation of our Okinawa branch in 2012 and contributed significantly to the development of our BPO/Outsourcing Division. Mr. Kanamori was appointed as the Okinawa Branch Manager in 2017, and is now serving as Director and Chief of our Quality Control Department, with a focus on organizational reform and operational efficiency. In 2019, Mr. Kanamori became the Head of Corporate Planning.
Kyo Seii
Seii Kyo joined the audit department of KPMG LLP (Columbus, OH), where she engaged in statutory audits mainly for Japanese auto manufacturers. In 2016, she was transferred to the Advisory Division of KPMG member firm KPMG AZSA LLC, where she engaged in internal control support services for Chinese subsidiaries of Japanese companies and support services for introducing international accounting standards.
Koichi Sato
Koichi Sato joined the Regional Taxation Bureau in 1982 where he has overseen corporate taxation and tax audit for 37 years mainly within the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau. He served as Director of International Information Division 2, Investigation Department No. 1, Director of Administration Division, Tokyo Regional Tax Tribunal, Director of Investigation and Hearing Division, Investigation Department No. 1, and Director of Office of National Litigator, Taxation Department No. 1.
Ryuta Sato
Ryuta Sato had established his own tax accounting firm in 1981 before joining Shiodome Partners Tax Co. in 2012 as a Representative. His industry expertise in IT has allowed him to receive high appraisal from clients for system implementation solutions.
Hirofumi Miyake
After graduating, Hirofumi Miyake joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2014. He played a key role in expanding the Accounting and Tax Division where he has been provided accounting and tax advisory services to many listed companies, listed subsidiaries, IPO prep companies, and foreign companies.
Ryo Mitsui
Ryo Mitsui joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2017 after working for an accounting firm in Tokyo. His main roles are engaging in accounting and tax services for SMEs, tax advisory for business owners and wealthy individuals, inheritance tax returns, gift tax returns, income tax returns.
Hiroyuki Kawase
After passing the CPA exam, Mr. Kawase landed his first job at KPMG AZSA LLC. After that, he worked for a tax accounting firm in Tokyo before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2020. He has extensive experience in accounting and taxation, and provides services related to corporate finance, including corporate valuation of listed companies/ listed subsidiaries/ companies preparing for IPO, financial due diligence, IPO consulting, PMI services, internal control consulting, cost accounting support, and internal audit services.
