Yoshimasa Iizuka

Naoya Takeuchi
Naoya Takeuchi joined Shiodome Partners in 2021 after working for several accounting firms. He has experience in handling complex accounting and tax matters for clients in a variety of industries. As a member of the Accounting and Tax Division, he provides consulting and outsourcing services for listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and IPO prep companies.
Shingo Miyazaki
After graduating, Mr. Miyazaki had worked as a civil servant employed by the Niigata Prefecture as well as a business firm before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2016 where he provided legal support in the Legal Division. He then transferred to the International Consulting Division where he is engaged in a wider range of inbound services, including establishment and registration of Japanese subsidiaries, acquisition of status of residence, and acquisition of permits and approvals.
Tsukasa Toshino
Tsukasa Toshino joined Shiodome Partners Group in 2017 after graduating from a university. As a member of the Accounting and Tax Division, he provides a wide range of consulting and outsourcing services in the field of accounting and taxation to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and companies preparing for IPO.
Kota Ikeda
After graduating, Mr. Ikeda worked for a business firm before joining RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2017 where he provided legal support in the Legal Division. He then transferred to the International Consulting Division where he engages in immigration services. He also provides services for foreign companies seeking to open corporate accounts and obtain permits and licenses.
Yuko Mori
Upon graduation, Ms. Mori worked as a freelance interpreter/translator before joining an administrative scrivener firm specializing in immigration services. After working for PwC Gyoseishoshi Lawyer Corporation, she joined RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2022. She has best in class knowledge and experience in the field of residence status affairs and engages in high-quality consulting services for obtaining residence status mainly for expatriates of foreign companies in Japan.
Satoshi Nagata
Mr. Nagata had passed the Certified Public Accountant exam while still in college and joined KPMG AZSA LLC upon graduation. He was engaged in auditing for listed companies and independent administrative corporations in the domestic division. He later joined RSM Shiodome Partners Group in 2021 as a member of the Advisory Division where he engages in a wide range of corporate consulting services such as financial due diligence and internal audit consulting for clients that are either listed companies, listed subsidiaries, or companies preparing for IPO. He is also a certified labor and social security attorney and provides labor due diligence services for companies seeking M&A or IPOs.
Satsuki Uchida
Satsuki Uchida worked for a business firm and accounting firm before joining Shiodome Partners in 2018. She provides consulting and outsourcing services related to accounting and taxation towards clients who are abroad.
